You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious material, or use its content unlawfully.
Services and quotations
A website enquiry does not create an engagement.
Services begin only through an accepted written scope, quotation, or agreement. That document should define deliverables, responsibilities, fees, currency, payment terms, timing, dependencies, cancellation, refunds, confidentiality, and any other engagement-specific terms. If these website terms conflict with an executed service agreement, the executed agreement controls for that engagement.
No guaranteed outcomes
Marketing performance depends on external factors.
Nothing on this website guarantees rankings, approvals, reach, leads, conversions, revenue, return on advertising spend, or another commercial result. Platforms, markets, audiences, offers, creative, websites, budgets, competition, and client decisions can affect outcomes.
Client advertising budgets
Approved campaign funds remain restricted to advertising use.
Clients may prepay advertising budgets for approved managed campaigns. These funds are used solely to fund the client’s approved platform activity. Unused advertising budget is carried forward by default and may be refunded on written request or cancellation in accordance with the written service agreement. Advertising spend already charged by platforms is non-refundable.
Content, links, and third-party platforms
Ownership and responsibility remain clear.
Website content, branding, graphics, and original materials belong to Keystone Ventures LLC or their respective licensors and may not be reproduced commercially without permission. External websites and platforms are operated by third parties under their own terms; a link does not make Keystone Ventures LLC responsible for their availability, content, or policies.
