Service Cancellation & Refund Policy
How cancellation and refund questions are handled for professional services.
Effective date: June 13, 2026. Keystone Ventures LLC provides custom professional services rather than physical products or public online checkout purchases.
Agreement-specific terms
Your accepted quotation or service agreement comes first.
Because engagements differ in scope, timing, third-party commitments, and work already completed, cancellation notice, termination rights, refund eligibility, and payment obligations must be defined in the written quotation or agreement accepted for that engagement. Those agreed terms control.
How to request cancellation
Send a clear written request.
Email info@thekeystone.pro from an authorized business contact. Include the client or business name, the relevant engagement or invoice, the requested cancellation date, and a brief reason. A request should not be treated as accepted until Keystone Ventures LLC acknowledges it in writing and explains the next operational steps.
Review of fees, costs, and refunds
Each request is reviewed against the agreed scope.
The review considers work already performed, earned fees, agreed milestones, approved third-party charges, media-platform commitments, and other non-recoverable costs. A refund is not automatic. If a refund or credit is approved, its amount, method, and processing expectations will be confirmed in writing.
Unused advertising budget
Unused campaign funds remain the client’s funds.
At the end of a billing period, unused advertising budget is carried forward to the next month’s campaigns by default. A client may instead request a refund in writing to info@thekeystone.pro. The approved processing period must be stated in the written service agreement until the owner confirms a standard public timeframe.
Advertising spend and third-party platforms
Platform funds are distinct from professional fees.
Advertising spend already charged by Meta, Google, TikTok, or another approved platform is non-refundable. Service fees for a current service period may also be non-refundable once work has started where the accepted quotation or agreement states this. Keystone Ventures LLC does not present this website as a banking, investment, lending, securities, or wealth-management service.
Delivery and shipping
Services are delivered digitally or through agreed professional work.
No physical-product shipping is offered through this website. Service start dates, milestones, delivery methods, client dependencies, review periods, and estimated completion timing are stated in the applicable scope or quotation and summarized on the Service Fulfillment page.
