How pricing is established
No hidden checkout and no assumed commitment.
An initial conversation establishes the requirement. A written quotation then identifies the selected services, deliverables, responsibilities, estimated timing, professional fees, applicable currency, payment schedule, and any known third-party costs before work begins.
Discovery
Discuss objectives, current activity, required channels, budget context, constraints, and decision criteria.
Scope
Define services, deliverables, responsibilities, dependencies, milestones, and reporting expectations.
Quotation
Review the written fees, currency, payment timing, estimated delivery, and applicable third-party costs.
Approval
Work begins only after the agreed scope and commercial terms are accepted through the stated process.
Important distinctions
Professional fees and advertising spend are not the same.
Advertising budgets paid to media platforms or other approved suppliers are separate from Keystone Ventures professional fees unless a written quotation expressly states otherwise. There is currently no public online checkout, free trial, automatic renewal, or default recurring billing on this website.
Before you approve
Every quotation should make the commercial position understandable.

- How scope changes, cancellation, and refunds are handled in the approved agreement
